RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please contact Chirpy Birdy at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) number before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RM#. A 15% re-stocking charge as well as any shipping charges to and from will be deducted from the net price of the return item (with the exception of defective products replaced at no cost to you).
All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original boxes and packing materials.
You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Chirpy Birdy strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
When you return items in exchange for a different product, you will avoid the 15% restocking fee BUT will be responsible for the original shipping cost that was paid for by Chirpy Birdy.
Defective Products - Defective products will be replaced at no cost to you if conditions are met. We must be notified within 5 days of delivery. Please contact Chirpy Birdy at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RA#. If you does not want a replacement, then the return policy above applies. All products must be inspected at time of delivery. If by chance you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. Please mark "Received Damaged" on the receipt if the box has visible damage or appears crushed. DO NOT refuse the shipment under any circumstances. (If you refuse the shipment, the shipping company will charge for the return shipment back to the warehouse, which will be passed on to you). Open the box and inspect the contents thoroughly. Notify us of any parts that are damaged, defective, or missing. We will gladly ship replacement parts to you. Again, DO NOT refuse the shipment under any circumstances; we will replace parts that are either defective, or damaged during shipment, or missing. If product is accepted in good condition, customer assumes all responsibility for any damages.
